  Waitress spent more time chatting with other staff than serving us, and was vulgar within earshot of customers. Portions were tiny, but that didn't stop them from making me sick the day after.

  The first time I went to Quacks my family and I stood by the doorway for 15 minutes waiting to be seated. The 3 people we saw working acted like they didn't see us. Finally someone did and took us to the back of the restaurant where nobody else was, and again waited another 15 minutes before someone came for our drink order. Food was mediocre, nothing to rave about. Our second experience was just a tad-bit better. The hostess had no personality and walked so fast to the table, she didn't say squat as she placed out menus on the table. She clearly didn't have the drive a hostess should. People like to be greeted with a smile and not someone who clearly doesn't want to be there. This time we only had to wait like 7 minutes to get a seat, and our order was taken a lot sooner than the first. The thing that bothered me was we were sat at a table where the cloth was wet and my seat was soaked. I later realized why my seat was wet (after I switched it for a dry one cause the waitress disappeared), when they clear the table they try to grab everything at once, bam, cups go flying. Again food was fine. I skipped the buffet just didn't look appetizing.
